[ Other - Pets ] Open Question : Mississipi Kite Hawk? possibly was fighting with another bird and fell from tree, seemed like it was going to die, I placed it on a towel, cooled it off, gave it something to drink and feed him 20 crickets today, he seemed to want to fly, I watched him fly around lake,then land on other side in the water edge, 5 large turtles were around him when I canoed across and got him out of water. Now he is back in house,on perch, he looks grown but has the really fluffy downy hair, could it be he is just learning to fly. I did call wildlife and have found a couple of places I can carry him.
