Hi, just wondering if any of you can help explain why it is that even though I definitely pass the recommended system requirements for Napoleon: Total War it is still noticeably framey even at the lowest possible settings.
Specs:
-Intel Core i5 650 processor 3.2Ghz
-4GB DDR3 RAM
-ATI Radeon HD 54501GB RAM
-Direct X 9
-Windows 7
According to "Can you run it?" (.com) I should be able to run this game at the highest settings.
I have tryed setting the priority to "Highest" in the task manager as well as setting all other applications to the lowest setting but this makes little, if any difference.
I have updated all my drivers to the latest update but this does not seem to make any difference either. Could this be a Steam problem perhaps?
